The War of Art
A friend of mine, who’s recommended some of the best books I’ve read, just suggested The War of Art. An obvious play on the Art of War, it’s a book that looks to inspire artists to break through creative blocks, overcome fear and live out their inner calling. I’ve only read the first chapter so far, but based on my friend’s recommendation, I think it’s safe to put it out here as something worth looking into. In general, he’s rarely been wrong about a book, having turned me on to The Power of Now and the always fun to watch guru Osho. I’ve decided not everything I post needs to be an epic masterpiece. Sometimes it’s fun to just post something as it’s developing.
